Led maintenance and breakdown management for 300+ machines on a road construction project with a 500+ unit fleet. Restructured the preventive maintenance and lubrication program, introduced a breakdown process with daily downtime reporting for senior management, replaced paper records with CMMS software, and managed OEM and supplier support teams on site.

Contributed to the coordination of daily operations for a maintenance team of over 100 personnel, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of more than 500 facility units. Took part in developing equipment management systems, coordinating procurement processes, and improving maintenance workflows.
